Abstract

Background: effective communication is communication that is able to produce changes in attitudes in people involved in communication, the process of effective communication means where communicators and communication exchange information, ideas, beliefs, feelings and attitudes between two people or groups or groups whose results are in accordance with expectations. The national health insurance process with the principle of social insurance with the principle of social insurance, the principle of equity, and the system in the form of a mutual cooperation system where healthy participants are able and will help the poor.

Objective: To determine the friendliness of officers, openness of officers, accuracy of information, clarity of language, use of visual media, and patient understanding related to the use of the JKN mobile application.

Method: The research method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method by taking data from the questionnaire results.

Results: The results of this study indicate that the indicators of effective communication are related to the use of the JKN mobile application.

Conclusion: From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the friendliness of the officers is very good, the openness of the officers is balanced between the very good and very poor assessors, the accuracy of the information is very good, the use of visual media respondents said it was very good, the clarity of the language was very poor respondents considered it very poor, the use of visual media respondents considered it very poor and the patient's understanding was very good.
