Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bulango Timur Kabupaten Bone Bolango

Background: Hypertension is a preventable cause of premature death worldwide. In Indonesia, hypertension is one of the main causes of mortality and morbidity, so the management of this disease is a very common intervention at various levels of health facilities. Hypertension is often referred to as a “silent killer” because it can appear without warning signs or symptoms, so many people don't realize it.

Method: This research is an observational analytic, namely research that explains the influence of variables through testing the hypotheses that have been formulated previously, using a cross sectional approach. The analysis used was ordinal regression, with a sample size of 178 hypertensive patients.

Results: This study shows that physical activity (ρ=0.012), age (ρ=0.000), gender (ρ=0.000) have an effect on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Meanwhile, education level (ρ=0.426) and occupation (ρ=0.976) had no effect on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly.

Conclusion: There is an influence of physical activity, age, and gender on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly in the working area of the East Bolango Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. It is hoped that all relevant agencies will cooperate in reducing the incidence of hypertension and carry out socialization or other interventions to support efforts to reduce hypertension rates in the elderly.

Analisis Ketidakpatuhan Peserta Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) di Puskesmas Suwawa

Background: The chronic disease management program (Prolanis) is a health service system with a proactive approach that is implemented in an integrated manner and involves participants, health facilities and BPJS. The aim is to analyze the relationship between work, travel time, family support, support from health workers and the non-compliance of Prolanis participants at the Suwawa Health Center.

Methods: The design in this study was analytic observational with a cross sectional approach with a total sample of 89 respondents with predetermined sample criteria. This study used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire.

Results: The results showed that the variables associated with disobedience of Prolanis participants at the Suwawa Health Center were Knowledge (P=0.000), Attitude (P=0.000), Occupation (P=0.003), Family Support (P=0.000), Support for Health Workers (P = 0.000), while the variable that had no relationship with the non-compliance of Prolanis participants was travel time (P = 0.202).

Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between work, family support, and health worker support for non-compliance of participants in the chronic disease management program (Prolanis) at the Suwawa Health Center, and there is no relationship between travel time and non-compliance among participants in the chronic disease management program (Prolanis) at the Suwawa Health Center. It is hoped that the family will be able to provide better support such as always reminding the schedule of Prolanis activities, dropping off and picking up and accompanying participants in participating in Prolanis activities every month.

Background: Nutritional status is a measure of success in meeting nutritional needs and balance in the body. The state of nutritional status includes severe undernutrition, mild underweight, normal, mild degree of obesity and severe degree of obesity. This study aims to compare the nutritional status of eating patterns, food portions, breakfast habits and types of food that are eaten at home and boarding houses in students class of 2018, Department of Public Health, State University of Gorontalo.

Method: Analytical survey research with a cross sectional design. The research population was 156 students of the Department of Public Health class of 2018, State University of Gorontalo and a sample of 112 students. Sampling using simple random sampling. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney test.

Results: There is a comparison of nutritional status between students who live at home and boarding houses (p-value = 0.007). Comparison of the nutritional status of the diet between students who live at home and boarding houses with a p-value = 0.001. The nutritional status of food portions has a p-value = 0.006 <0.05. Nutritional status of breakfast habits p-value = 0.004 <0.05

Conclusion: There is a comparison of nutritional status starting from dietary patterns, food portions, breakfast habits and types of food between those living at home and boarding houses for students of the UNG Public Health Department. It is hoped that students who live at home or in boarding houses can maintain and apply good habits so that their nutritional status is met.

Background: Road traffic accidents are a problem that is becoming increasingly complex and serious, as can be seen from the increase in the number of accidents from year to year. In Indonesia, the number of deaths due to traffic accidents reaches 120 people per day and most of the cases occur in motorcyclists. North Sulawesi through the North Sulawesi Regional Police noted that there was an increase in traffic accidents of 207 cases or 13% from 2020 with 1,376 cases. Meanwhile, in 2021, there will be 1,583 traffic accidents. The number of traffic accidents in Kotamobagu City in 2021 is 128 cases and in 2022 there are 127 cases with a total of 17 people who died, 16 people were seriously injured and 174 cases of minor injuries. Objective: The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to traffic accidents on motorbike riders in the Kotamobagu Police area.Method: This type of quantitative research with Cross Sectional method. The research was conducted from February 2023 to April 2023. The population is all motorbike riders in the Kotamobagu area. The sample size for this study using the sloving formula is 397 people. Sampling using Probability Sampling and the instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the Chi Square test.

Results: In this study the variables Disorderly (p value 0.000), Slippage (p value 0.115) and Curved Road (p value 0.00) are related to traffic accidents, the Slip variable (p value 0.029) is not related to traffic accidents.It is hoped that counseling can be held regarding Factors Related to Traffic Accidents in Motorcyclists in the Kotamobagu Police Region.

Background: The coverage of the Booster Vaccine in Indramayu Regency for vulnerable communities and the general public in July 2022 has only reached 306,948 (28.40%). The attitude of traders in Cimanuk culinary refuses to participate in booster due to fear of side effects and rumors of death after booster and a lot of incorrect information about booster vaccines.

Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards participation in booster vaccines among traders in Cimanuk culinary in 2022.

Method: This type of research used a cross sectional. The population of this study were 56 respondents. Samples were taken using purposive sampling as many as 42 respondents. Measurements used a questionnaire to determine knowledge, attitudes, age, education and participation in the booster vaccine.

Result: Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate with Chi-Square. Test Chi-Square , the knowledge value obtained with a P-value 0.030 < (0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge and participation in the booster vaccine, the attitude value is obtained with a Pvalue of 0.317> (0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, which means that there is no relationship between attitude and participation in the booster vaccine. Age is obtained with a P-value 0.054 > (0.05). It can be concluded that Ho is accepted, which means that there is no relationship between age and participation in the vaccine. booster, obtained the value of education with a PValue > (0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no relationship between education and participation in the booster vaccine.

It is hoped that the relevant agencies will educate traders in Cimanuk culinary and the general public about the benefits of taking booster vaccines.

Background : Riding Safety is an effort made to minimize the level of danger and maximize driving safety in order to create a safe condition for riding a motorcycle. The work of motorbike taxi drivers is mostly done by the people of Kotamobagu City.Based on the resuls of a study conducted on 10 online motorcyle taxi drivers in Kotamobagu City, 70% (7 motorcyle taxi drivers) did not use PPE such as helmts, jackets and gloves. Then there are 60% (6 motorists) who are not safe when driving because they do not use mirrors, front brakes and turn signals that don’t work. This study aims to determine the relationship between adherence to the use of PPPF and the physical condition of vehicles with driving safety for online motorcycle taxi drivers in Kotamobagu City.

Method : This type of research is a quatitative study using an analytic observational method with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all online motorcycle taxi drivers in Kotamobagu City, namely 245 riders. The sample size in this study consisted of 71 drivers using total sampling, namely a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. Data collection was then processed using the Chi Square test to see if there was a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variabel.

Results : Shows that there is a significant relayionship between adherence to the use of PPE with a p-value = 0,000 and the physical condition of the vehicle with a p-value = 0,002 with driving safety for motorcycle taxi drivers in Kotamobagu City. It is recommended for motorcycle taxi drivers to always carry out safe driving even though it is close and there is no inspection from the police. Carry out routine motorbike servicing, check the vehicle before use.

Conclusion : there is a relationship between adherence to the use of PPE and the physical condition of the vehicle with driiving safety for online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of kotamobagu.

Background: Health service facilities are required to have adequate service standards, the problem is that not all hospitals are able to provide excellent service to the community in terms of inpatient and emergency services. Excellent service provided to patients must be consistent with standard operating procedures to meet or even exceed patient expectations by providing added value in service elements, to achieve satisfaction (Sanita, 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of awareness of the excellent service of nurses at the Haji Makassar general hospital.

Method: The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling and the sampling method is accidental sampling. The sample in this study were 136 nurses. The data collection technique in this study was distributing questionnaires to nurses. The analysis technique in this study used univariate and bivariate tests with SPSS 22 data processing.

Results: The study showed that the significant value was ability (p= 0.036), attitude (p= 0.036), appearance (p= 0.457), attention (p= 0.041), action ( action) (p= 0.178), responsibility (accountability) (p= 011). The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of ability, attitude, attention, action, accountability on the motivation of nurses at the Haji Makassar Regional General Hospital.

Conclusion: There is an influence between the ability on the motivation of nurses at the Makassar Hajj Regional General Hospital and there is an influence between attitudes on the motivation of nurses at the Makassar Hajj Regional General Hospital. It is hoped that nurses at the Haji Regional General Hospital can further improve their abilities, attitudes, appearance, attention, actions, and responsibilities.

Background: The performance of a health service in providing quality services that satisfy patients is very important for the community. The patient's view of service satisfaction is very important because patients will comply with treatment and want to come for treatment again. So it is important for health service providers to provide satisfactory service to patients.

Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and parity with the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-12 months in Kotamobagu Municipality.

Method: This research uses quantitative research using descriptive analytic research methods with a cross sectional approach. Data analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is a method used to determine the level of patient satisfaction by looking at the level of performance and the level of importance of the service attributes being measured. The population in this study were outpatients at the Pratama Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regional General Hospital, namely 175 people. . The sample in this study were 175 respondents using total sampling, namely a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the number of population.

Results: Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) level of outpatient satisfaction at the East Bolaang Mongondow Pratama Regional General Hospital (RSUD) amounted to 82.55% with the very satisfied category.

Background: The practice of safety and mechanisms for the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is a priority for worker safety. However, in the implementation of the Supervision of Rehabitation of Pinrang-Rappang Road, there arestill workers who do not follow the rules that have become the company's quality and K3 policy. Ingeneral, there is a discrepancy between the application of K3 and the behavior of workers. The purpose of this study is the effect of the variables of the application of K3 on the behavior of construction workers. Method: The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The effect of the variables of implementing K3 on the behavior of construction workerswas the variable X1 (worker behavior) of 0,091 or 9,1%, X2 (Awareness of workers) of 0,130 or 13,0%, X3 (workers' understanding of ) of 0,609 or 60,9%, X4 (leadership role) of 0,170 or 17,0%.

Background Hospitals play a very important role in the quality of health services that impact the community and play a strategic role in improving the health status of the Indonesian people. Hospitals in this effort have unique and complex characteristics, are capital-intensive, technology-intensive, and labor-intensive, faced with challenges to improve the quality of services that are multi-dimensional with various accompanying complexities of problems, including patient safety issues. Objective research To find out the description of service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction at the inpatient installation of Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency.

Method: Type of research This type of research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted to get an overview of service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Kab. Gowa While the population in this study were all BPJS patients in the inpatient room of Syekh Yusuf Gowa Hospital, totaling 970 BPJS patients. So the overall sample size was 138 people. The sampling technique is purposive proportional random sampling. Data analysis used one-way tabulation

Results: Research shows good communication with doctors (92.9%), good nurse communication (83.3%), good responsiveness of health workers (88.2%), good drug communication (100%), good hospital environment (84.3%) and good food service (83.3%).
