Observations at Haji Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Takalar Regional General Hospital (RSUD), revealed that the implementation of the Clinical Pathway in inpatient care began in 2018 and covers 45 disease diagnoses. However, according to a nursing staff member, implementation is still not optimal, as only one disease has been implemented or filled out according to the clinical pathway SOP. Furthermore, one factor contributing to non-compliance with clinical pathway implementation is the emergence of unpredictable complications, complicating the implementation of established clinical flows. Objective: To determine the effect of nurses' compliance and knowledge on the implementation of the Clinical Pathway at Haji Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Takalar Regional General Hospital (RSUD).Methods: This study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 200 inpatient nurses selected through random sampling. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-square test and multiple linear regression using SPSS.Results: This study shows that the F-test analysis shows that the calculated F value (64.341) > F-table (3.04) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Conclusion: Nurses' compliance and knowledge simultaneously influence the implementation of clinical pathways. These results demonstrate the importance of improving nurses' understanding and compliance to optimize clinical pathway implementation.
Afriyana Amelia Nuryadin Tri Wahyudi Ali Imran Nuranniza Hamzah Copyright (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-10-20 2025-10-20 4 2 107 121 Analisis Sanitasi Tempat-Tempat Umum Ekowisata Mangrove Karangsong Kabupaten Indramayu Tahun 2025 https://journal.iktgm.ac.id/publichealth/article/view/251
Background: The development of eco-tourism without effective management can harm environmental health and the viability of the flora and fauna living in the ecotourism area.
